The Russian Air Force will receive 90 new advanced fixed and rotary wing aircraft next year, Defence Ministry spokesman colonel Vladimir Drik has revealed.
RIA Novosti reported Drik as saying that the delivery includes ten Su-34 Fullback, ten Su-25SM Frogfoot, and an unspecified number of 4++ generation Su-35S Flanker-E multirole fighter aircraft.
The air force will also receive around 30 Mi-8, five Mi-26T heavy-lift and 20 attack helicopters including the Mi-28N Night Hunter, Ka-52 Alligator and advanced Mi-35 Hind aircraft.
