The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base has awarded a $1.1bn-worth contract to Raytheon to provide an A/N FPS-132 Block 5 early warning radar (EWR) system to Qatar, under a foreign military sale (FMS).
Raytheon will also provide Qatar with associated equipment including communication systems, encryption devices, spare parts, training and repair services, under the contract.
The US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center based at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base has awarded a contract modification to L-3 Communications Corp. for predator mission aircrew training system (PMATS).
