The US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center has announced an $88m modification to the Network Centric Solutions-2 (NETCENTS-2) contracts that were awarded to 12 small firms.
As part of the modification contract, the 12 companies will provide the US Air Force with information technology and NETCENTS-2 services through June 2022.
ViaSat Inc. has been contracted to provide global in-flight internet and connectivity services for a number of US government and special air mission aircraft, including Air Force One.
The contract worth $73m has been awarded by the US Defense Information Systems Agency.

Deliveries of the laser eye protection devices are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2020.
