Lockheed Martin has been awarded a firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract by the US Department of Defense for the Pakistani block 15 F-16 A/B aircraft enhanced modernisation programme.
Under the $42.3m foreign military sale contract, the company will supply ten additional kits for F-16 A/B aircraft.
The F-16 A/B aircraft, a variant of the F-16 Fighting Falcon, is a multirole jet fighter aircraft that can be used in all-weather conditions.
The ASC/WWMK, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, US, will be the contracting activity.
