Industrial SLC solid state drives in extended temperatures
Available in 8GB and up to 256GB capacities, industrial solid state drives (SSDs) bring a whole new level of high performance to memory storage with extended temperatures and SLC NAND type. With data security/protection features including Q-eraser / S-eraser / write protect / destroy, the SSDs are perfect to deliver high data security functions for mission-critical military and defence applications or systems.
MemoRight 2.5in SATA SSD, InnoRobust 1.8in SATA SSD and InnoRobust 2.5in SATA SSD all meet MIL-STD-810-F/G standards, and InnoRobust 2.5in SSD products are iCell supported. SATA SSDs, with the option of conformal coating, are suitable for those who are concerned with the reliability of SSD’s humidity, insulating compound and moisture resistance.
CFast with single-level cell (SLC) NAND flash
The ATP CFast PowerProtector with reliable controller and lasting NAND flash operations is compliant with the CompactFlash Association (CFA) CFast specification v1.1 with a SATA 3Gb/s interface due to the form factor being similar to CompactFlash cards. With the new CFast specification, now distributed in ATP CFast products, there is a combination of CF and ATA serial transport (AST), which will enable new and technically advanced applications in the embedded and industrial markets.
SLC CompactFlash in extended temperature
The SLC CompactFlash (CF) products provide high capacity solid-state flash memory that electrically complies with the true IDE mode that is electrically compatible with an IDE disk drive. Advanced global wear levelling technology also allows enhanced endurance levels and a longer product lifespan.
The industrial-grade CF cards have incorporated the SMART (self-monitoring, analysis, and reporting technology) function which monitors various parameters of endurance and reliability, indicating activity that is out of the normal range. This information helps predict storage failure for preventative action.
Industrial USB drive with extended temperature range
The industrial USB drives are built with SLC NAND flash and are available in capacities from 512MB up to 8GB. With extended temperatures and high capacities, these USBs with high-speed USB interfaces provide fast data transmission with high reliability.
Key features of the industrial USBs include: intelligent system for error recovery, enhanced power cycling, ESD proof, i-SMART utility for health monitoring, metal housing for ESD proof, golden finger with 30μ, and support static wear levelling algorithm.
Extended temperature secure SATA Slim SSD SLC
SlimSATA products from Innodisk are compliant with MIL-STD-810-F standards, support TRIM command set, and have GData security features which include: QEraser, SEraser, destroy and write protect. They are also compliant with JEDEC SDD-8156 standard form factor and ATA protocol. They do not require drivers, and can be configured as a boot device or a data storage device.
Innodisk SlimSATA features include industrial applications that require the effective reduction of operation system boot time and power consumption. With a 7+15 pin SATA interface, the Innodisk SlimSATA supports most platforms with a standard SATA port.
mSATA solid state drive in extended temperature
mSATA drives are distinct and unique drives due to the micro connector. These connectors are similar in appearance to a PCI express mini-card interface and are electrically compatible; however, the data signal needs a connection to the SATA host controller instead of the PCI-express host controller. Innodisk mSATA products have an interface of SATA III 6.0Gb/s with capacities of 4GB to 64GB.
