The EFASS warehouse superstructures are ideal for all types of military storage and logistical operation as they provide a space with large clear internal dimensions. The structure design capabilities are exactly the same as the EFASS aircraft and helicopter hangars.
Rubb’s soft walled aluminium framed warehouses can be used for rapid deployment and built quickly without the need for mechanical equipment such as a crane, forklift or truck.
Military Warehouses advantages
The EFASS range covers all operations with three different span widths of 11.1m (36ft), 20.4m (67ft), and 25m (82ft) to suit a range of requirements.
The warehouse features a high-grade 6082 T6 aluminium leg and roof sections, which ensure structural superiority while remaining light enough to be transported. The structure can withstand wind loads of VE 41.6m/s and snow loads of 100kg per m²
Rubb hangars use the highest quality and strongest PVC coated fabric, provides excellent durability and an effective working environment. The warehouses feature fire retardart double skin insulated PVC fabric cladding with an insulation U value of 1.68 W/m²K that can be easily repaired.
Typical lengths of the warehouse structure range from 12m to 100m, which can be extended by a further 4m to suit customers operations.
The complete EFASS military hangars selection can pack into certified front and side opening 20ft ISO containers. Items are packed and unpacked in conjunction with military specifications, with Rubb providing Special Packing Inspection Sheets (SPIS) to ensure this.
EFASS are supplied with their own integral foundation arrangements, which include various adaptations and accessories to securely anchor the structure to the ground.
The EFASS range can easily be adapted to change its use from an aircraft hangar to warehouse and are fully relocatable, fitting into containers for transport and storage.
